Top Tops

1. While all the rooms offer spectacular views of the turquoise Adriatic sea, not all have views of the Old Town. If this is important to you, make sure to request a room with an Old Town view when you are making your booking.

2. All 50 rooms have a private terrace and sea views but if you want to up the ante on indulgence, definitely splurge for a suite during your stay. The Standard Suites and the Loft Suites offer an indoor jacuzzi, giving you a private oasis inside your room. For added luxury, definitely check out the private villas available at Villa Dubrovnik.

3. While the hotel and its spa offer the perfect sea-side oasis to relax and get away from it all, you should definitely use this opportunity to not only admire the Old Town but explore it as well. If you visit during the summer months or between May and October, the hotel offers daily transfers to the Old Town via a Vaporetto speedboat. The transfers run on a certain schedule and only in weather permitting conditions.

4. At least once during your stay, make sure to indulge in any one of the in-house restaurants as they all offer amazing food with even more amazing views. Restaurant Pjerin offers cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning and Mediterranean fare in the evening, Al Fresco Giardino offers light locally-inspired dishes for lunch, and the rooftop Prosciutto and Wine Bar offers quality local wines and delicious cocktails at sunset.

5. You can’t stay at the Villa Dubrovnik without taking a dip in the beautiful blue waters of the Adriatic sea! Whether you’re planning on spending the whole day in the water or just relaxing on a sunbed with your favourite book, make sure to make full use of Villa Dubrovnik’s private beach during your stay. If you’re staying outside of the summer (peak) seasons, spend your days beside the hotel’s indoor/outdoor pool that’s open to guests during all seasons.

With close to 10 years in the travel industry, it's safe to say that I'm a travel addict.

Since my first flight at 8 months of age, I've travelled extensively through Europe, Asia, the South Pacific and part of North America. Some of the highlights were sleeping under the stars in the Wahiba Sands in Oman, snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef, walking on the Great Wall of China, climbing the Eiffel Tower, cruising from St Petersburg to Moscow, eating streetfood in Penang, exploring the Rocky Mountains in Canada and hanging loose in Hawaii.

I currently spend all my time putting together epic life-changing mastermind retreats or meticulously planning Luxury Tailor-made holidays around the world.
