The Kempinski Hotel Corvinus is set in the heart of a thriving downtown of Budapest. The Kempinski is a modern establishment of straight-lined stone and glass-clad. Its architecture makes it a symbol of modern Budapest. The ground floor being modelled on an esplanade genuinely brings a zest of the outside in. The rooms are spacious, light, well-equipped, and decorated with classic gold & cream tones. The Gastronomic Quarter Downtown Budapest embraces the hotel’s philosophy of culture, beauty, and gourmet cuisine. The hotel is a perfect place to absorb the city’s inimitable aura at its very centre.

Top Tips:

• Sometimes the hotel management blocks the payment twice on your card. Pro-Tip: It is recommended to either pay in cash or keep an eye if you are paying through the card.

• The breakfast offered in the hotel is overpriced and not so good. Pro-Tip: Explore the nearby restaurants for a variety of food options.

• The Nobu restaurant at the ground floor is disappointing when compared with the other Nobu restaurants around the world who are known for excellent food quality.

• If you want to make an international call, don’t use the telephone service offered by the hotel. It is quite expensive.

• The front facing rooms offers the beautiful views of Budapest but unfortunately the noise from the club downstairs might ruin your stay. Pro-Tip: Ask the management to place you in a quieter part of the hotel.

• No reservation is needed for the private car parking but it costs extra charges.

• Your card would only allow you to visit the floor where your room is. Pro-Tip: Ask the management to help you out if you want to visit friends/family staying on a different floor.

With close to 10 years in the travel industry, it's safe to say that I'm a travel addict.

Since my first flight at 8 months of age, I've travelled extensively through Europe, Asia, the South Pacific and part of North America. Some of the highlights were sleeping under the stars in the Wahiba Sands in Oman, snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef, walking on the Great Wall of China, climbing the Eiffel Tower, cruising from St Petersburg to Moscow, eating streetfood in Penang, exploring the Rocky Mountains in Canada and hanging loose in Hawaii.

I currently spend all my time putting together epic life-changing mastermind retreats or meticulously planning Luxury Tailor-made holidays around the world.
